Order
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
It's simple: choose your items, add them to your basket, then follow the instructions to secure payment. It's done in 3 minutes.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Check your spam or junk mail folder; sometimes our emails end up there. Still nothing? Write to us at contact@maisonmamzel.com
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?
If it hasn't been shipped yet, there may still be something we can do. Contact us as soon as possible, and we'll tell you what we can do.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your order has been paid for, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
You will need to wait to receive it, then submit a return request according to our usual procedure.
CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS?
Not automatically, but contact us right after placing your orders — we will do our best to group them together if possible.
CAN I USE A PROMO CODE AFTER ORDERING?
Promo codes are only valid during the order process. Once the order is finalized, they can no longer be applied.
I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY DELIVERY ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Write to us immediately. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we can correct the address.

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SIZE?
Each Mamzel Maison product has its own size guide available directly on the product page.
Our cuts are unisex or slightly oversized , depending on the model.
If you are between sizes, we advise you to take a size up for a looser style, or a size down for a more fitted cut.
ARE YOUR ROOMS UNISEX?
Yes, all our pieces are designed to be unisex.
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED INTERVIEW?
Wash at 30°C, inside out. Do not tumble dry.
Shipping & Delivery
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All our orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours .
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Delivery within 6 to 10 business days in Europe and 7 to 15 business days outside Europe .*
*Delivery times are indicative only and depend on the carrier.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your package is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can see exactly where it is. We won't leave you in the dark.
DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
Yes, delivery is free.
Maison Mamzel offers free delivery on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Returns & Refunds
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, if the item is new and tagged.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
Via our returns portal (link in your email). Return shipping is at your expense.
WHEN WILL I BE REIMBURSED?
Once the return has been received and validated, please allow 5 to 7 working days.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
Maison Mamzel is not yet 100% online at the moment.
Payment & Security
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) , Apple Pay , Google Pay , and sometimes even PayPal depending on the site configuration.
IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?
Yes, all transactions are encrypted and secure . Your bank details are never stored with us.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS?
Not yet, but it's in our plans. Stay tuned 👀
Exchanges instead of returns
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes! If the size doesn't fit or you want a different model, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receipt .
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Contact us by email with your order number. We will explain the procedure. The item must be new, unworn, and with its tags attached.
ARE EXCHANGE FEES WAIVED?
No, exchange fees are not waived.
In the event of an exchange, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our collections are designed in France, then produced in partner workshops in Asia, selected for their technical expertise and respect for working conditions .
