Processing Times

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak periods (new collections, promotions), this period may be extended.

Shipping Zones

Maison Mamzel currently ships to:

  • Metropolitan France

  • European Union

  • International (select countries, upon request)

Shipping Fees

  • Metropolitan France: Standard shipping is free for orders over €80. For orders below this amount, a flat fee of €5.90 applies.

  • European Union: Standard shipping starting from €9.90, free for orders over €150.

  • International: Fees vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • France: 2 to 5 business days

  • Europe: 5 to 10 business days

  • International: 7 to 15 business days

    These timeframes are provided as estimates and may vary based on your location, periods of high demand, and carriers.

Carriers

We collaborate with reliable carriers such as La Poste/Colissimo, Chronopost, and Mondial Relay to ensure secure delivery and parcel tracking.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to follow your package in real-time.

Taxes and Customs Duties

For orders bound for countries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be applied upon the arrival of the package. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
